概要
📝 Episode 67 Show Notes
As the Year of the Snake comes to an end, this episode is a reflection on shedding, healing, and releasing what no longer fits — even when it’s uncomfortable.
The Year of the Snake is associated with deep transformation, intuition, and truth. It’s not a year of loud wins or constant momentum — it’s a year that asks you to slow down, go inward, and let old skins fall away.
In this episode, I share 10 things I personally let go of this year, and why the shedding was necessary for the next chapter. As a single mom who has raised two children largely on her own, much of my life was built in survival mode. This year challenged me to soften, stop over-functioning, and choose myself without guilt.
I also talk about what’s ahead as we move into the Year of the Horse beginning February 17, a season of movement, confidence, and aligned forward momentum — not hustle, but purposeful action.
In this episode, we explore:
What the Year of the Snake was really meant to teach us
Why this year may have felt heavy, emotional, or quiet
The 10 things I consciously let go of in this season of shedding
How survival patterns show up for strong, independent women
What to expect energetically in the Year of the Horse
How to move forward without carrying old versions of yourself
This episode is a reminder that letting go isn’t loss — it’s preparation.
✨ You didn’t fall behind this year.
✨ You were shedding what couldn’t come with you.
