This podcast was never part of the plan. Then again, neither were most of the things that brought Adrienne here.

After the unexpected death of her husband, Brian, Adrienne found herself navigating a life she never imagined — grief, widowhood, parenting, probate, money, friendship, starting over, and the realization that sometimes life couldn’t care less about the plans you’ve made.

But We Didn’t Plan for This isn’t just a grief podcast.
It’s about all the ways life goes off-script — the devastating ones, the hilarious ones, the beautiful ones, and the completely WTF ones.
