Rose, how do you start a podcast? What did you do?

In this episode, I tell you. I answer five questions about starting a podcast asked by members of my community:

1. What time and resources do you need to commit to your podcast initially? And what about now that you do it more regularly?

2. How do we decide upon our target audience? There are so many possibilities that people can pursue with their time. How do we get their attention? Should that be our goal, or perhaps just to put out what we believe in and see what happens? 

3. What tech do you use? Should we use video? 

4. What post production do you do and how do you get it done? Do you do it yourself or outsource it? Do you have a background in recording or editing software?

5. What are your reflections now that you have been podcasting for a while? Has it been worth it? How do you measure success or a sense that you are using your time and resources productively?
