Series circuits are thoroughly discussed in relation to ohm's law and the values of resistance, voltage, and current. For voltage, it remains the same at each parallel junction. For current, it adds up in parallel circuits. And for resistance, it is a bit more complicated, the total resistance is smaller than the highest resistance in the circuit.
