This week I turned 55 years old, and reaching this milestone gave me the opportunity to reflect on the biggest lessons I've learned throughout my entrepreneurial journey. Some of these lessons came through success, while others came through hard seasons, difficult decisions, and plenty of trial and error.
In this episode, I'm sharing what I've learned about handling criticism and negative comments, protecting my peace, paying attention to my nervous system, creating healthier work habits, and making business decisions that are guided by wisdom instead of emotion.
If you're a woman building a business and looking for practical wisdom to help you lead with greater confidence, clarity, and sustainability, this conversation is for you.
