In this episode I talk all about the change we are feeling called to create in the world and how so many of us have believed that we must first overcome all of our own struggles before we can help anyone else.
I had an epiphany fairly recently where I realised that rather than waiting until I had completely ovecome my own personal issues, I could actually lead FROM that place! Of course I don't mean trying to be something you're not or deceiving people, but I think when we are open and honest about what we are navigating in the moment, we draw our people around us and then together we all rise and are able to move forward.
