このコンテンツについて
When I find myself judging someone else I ask myself: why?
What is this judgment telling about ME?
If we are judging, it's because we have been triggered.
Being triggered means something we see outside of us is resonating with something inside of us.
There is an emotion inside of us that can be conscious or unconscious that is calling for us to look at it.
The object of our judgment either reflects something we don't like in ourselves, or the opposite of the spectrum where we find ourselves.
When we judge we feel better then the other person, which males us feel better about ourselves, and this makes us feel worthy of being loved and accepted. But this feeling is short-lived. If we look at the part of the iceberg that is underwater we can start to identify how we relate to the very thing we are judging: is it something I don't accept in myself? something I dislike about myself? (mirror) or is it at the opposite spectrum of where I stand right now? (opposite mirror).
Listen to this episode and learn how judgement tells a story about us, not them!
With love,
Claudia
