Ashley is a proud mother of 2, loves spending time with her kids, friends, and being in nature. She is a huge animal lover - most of her Spirit Team is actually forest animals. She has also been an avid lover of horses since she was a little girl.

She has over 20 years of experience in coaching various physical training and nutrition modalities. Ashley grew up totally dependent on doctors & medications due to an autoimmune disease, but has transformed her life and health through the work that she’s done and now essentially offers to others. This personal healing inspired her to expand her coaching to include mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Recently trained in Reiki and as a Spiritual Advisor, Ashley incorporates Spirit and energy work into her services to help individuals connect with Source and their Higher Self. She believes that we have the power within us to transform our lives.
