很多国家的人对“爬山”的理解，可能和中国不太一样。这一期，我想通过第一次去家乡祖山的经历，聊聊中国不同的登山文化，以及为什么很多景区的山都是台阶。

Hiking in China may be different than you think. In this episode, I share my first visit to Zushan Mountain and explore different hiking experiences in China, including why so many scenic mountains are full of stairs.

中国でいう「山登り」は、多くの日本人がイメージする登山とは少し違うかもしれません。今回は、故郷・祖山を初めて訪れた体験を通して、中国のさまざまな登山文化や、なぜ観光地の山には階段が多いのかについてお話しします。
