💡 今日の日本語（Today's Japanese）

・保証会社（ほしょうがいしゃ）：家賃の支払いを代わりに保証してくれる会社（guarantor company）。

・保証人（ほしょうにん）：サポートをしてくれる個人のこと（guarantor）。

・住民票（じゅうみんひょう）：日本でどこに住んでいるかを自治体が証明する公式な書類のこと（Certificate of Residence / Resident Record）。

💡 Today's Japanese Phrases

・保証会社 (Hoshō-gaisha): Guarantor company. A company that guarantees rent payments to landlords if issues arise.

・保証人 (Hoshō-nin): Personal guarantor. An individual who acts as a legal guarantor for contract agreements.

・住民票 (Jūmin-hyō): Certificate of Residence / Resident Record. An official document issued by local government offices confirming your address in Japan.
