Join us in speaking with Antony Cousins, CEO of Factmata, and Sarah’s previous boss from London, about his and Sarah’s experience of when she was first diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis.

This episode concentrates on how employers can support individuals with health conditions and offers advice to employees on how to approach employers when you have been diagnosed with a physical or psychological health condition. Ant supported Sarah immensely when she became extremely unwell very quickly in 2015, and provided Sarah with the flexibility to work remotely which supported her throughout her initial diagnosis journey. This continued during a time at which Sarah was undergoing extremely intrusive treatment for her Ulcerative Colitis. This is a really insightful episode into how to manage your career or profession while having an IBD.
