أروى شفي هي قائدة ديناميكية، وبانية لأنظمة الابتكار، وداعمة للابتكارفي منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا. بدأت رحلتها الريادية في عام 2013 كشريكة مؤسِّسة، قبل أن تتحول للتركيز على تمكين المؤسسين الآخرين والمساهمة في تشكيل مشهد الشركات الناشئة. وعلى مدار العقد الماضي، صممت أروى وقادت أكثر من 12 برنامجاً يغطي كامل الرحلة الريادية – من الفكرة الأولية وحتى النمو والتوسع – بمايشمل تصميم البرامج، وبناء المجتمعات الريادية، وتطوير أنظمة ابتكار قوية.

بفضل نهجها المرتكز على العميل، ساهمت أروى في إطلاق علامات تجارية ومبادرات تحولت إلى بعض من أكثر برامج الشركات الناشئة شهرة في المنطقة. وبعيداً عن عملها في البرامج، تلتزم أروى بعمق بخلق شبكات وفرص شاملة للمؤسسين. فعلى مدار السنوات الخمس الماضية، كانت عضواً نشطاً في شبكة «عقال» للمستثمرين الملائكيين، كما قادتجهود التفعيل والتسويق لشبكة القيادات النسائية السعودية (SWLN). كما ساهمت في مبادرات الابتكار وريادة الأعمال في جامعة الملك عبد الله للعلوم والتقنية (كاوست)، دعماً لنمو الشركات التقنية الناشئة داخل أحد أبرز مراكز البحث والابتكار في المنطقة.تشغل أروى حالياً منصب نائب الرئيس للبرامج والمسرّعات في "الجراج" – المركز الرائد للشركات التقنية الناشئة في السعودية –حيث تقود مبادرات تهدف إلى رعاية المشاريع ذات الأثر الكبير. وبفضل حضورها الملهم، تُعتبر أروى مرشدة ، وقاصة بارعة، ومقدمة ومنسقة حفلات متميزة، تضيف الحماس وروح التواصل إلى أي منصة تقف عليها.

Arwa Shafi is a dynamic leader, ecosystem builder, and advocate for innovation in the MENA region. She began herentrepreneurial journey in 2013 as a co-founder, before shifting her focus to empowering other founders and shaping the startup landscape. Over the past decade, Arwa has designed and led more than 12 programs spanning the full entrepreneurial journey - from early ideation to growth and expansion - covering program creation, entrepreneurialcommunity building, and the development of robust innovation ecosystems.

Her customer-centric approach has helped launch brands and initiatives that have grown into some of the most recognized startup programs in the region. Beyond her program work, Arwa is deeply committed to fostering inclusivenetworks and opportunities for founders. For the past five years, she has been an active member of the Oqal Angel Network, while also leading activation and marketing efforts for the Saudi Women Leaders Network (SWLN). Arwa has also contributed to innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives at KAUST, supporting the growth of technology startups within one of the region’s leading research and innovationhubs.

Currently, Arwa serves as Vice President of Programs andAccelerators at The Garage, Saudi Arabia’s premier hub for tech startups, where she spearheads initiatives to nurture high-impact ventures. Known for her inspiring presence, she is also a sought-after mentor, engaging storyteller, and accomplished host and master of ceremonies, bringing energy and connection to every stage she takes.
