Dr. Haya Langerman is an anti-antisemitism activist in London who witnesses firsthand how antisemitism is spreading and taking on alarming dimensions, reaching even her own home. In a conversation with The spokeskid of Israel Ben Carasso , she explains why it is important for Israelis to take part in the global fight against antisemitism, even if they do not experience it in their daily lives (for now!). Dr. Langerman shares stories about swastikas that appeared on the wall of a school just before a delegation of Jewish teenagers—including her daughter—arrived for a visit, and why, despite being a highly respected scientist, she was unable to find a job after October 7. Most importantly, she talks about what continues to motivate her to stand up for Israel and fight against antisemitism.
