Episode Notes

“Hi, I'm RAJAS, and welcome to Urban Sisya Podcast.
Almost as if a weight has been added rather than taken away.
I shared something online and it reached far more ppl than I expected. It took on a life of its own, and पहले तो I felt really grateful. But almost immediately, एक अलग ही pressure शुरू हो गया: 'Now I have to keep this momentum going. I need to create more.'
It was subtle in the beginning, but Rather than being open for all the possibilities, I felt helplessness. ऐसा लग रहा था कि पीछे हट जाऊँ, कहीं hide हो जाऊँ, which was confusing cuz I thought I wanted this.
Nobody told me to do more or keep up with anything. The heaviness wasn’t the success itself,
It might not be a viral post; एक नई opportunity हो सकती है, promotion, relationship, or any little step forward. So today, try noticing how you define success:
• Not in theory, but
• Does it feel open or tight?
• Does it feel like enough, or continuously
What’s actually happening, andउसके ऊपर आपका दिमाग क्या add कर रहा है? Often, the heaviness is not the moment itself,
