あらすじ・解説

The main source of emotional stress, anxiety, depression and sorrow is thinking too much about problems. Be it about relationships, work, health, family or money problems, these painful emotions can wreak havoc on your life. Every one of the 60,000 thoughts we have every day has a physical reaction in our bodies. Since most of those thoughts, in some form or another, are fear based, they cause a great deal of stress which may turn into more destructive emotions such as Anxiety and Anger. These emotions slowly eat us up from the inside and may even lead to serious health issues in time.

The problem is that most of us have not been taught how to manage our thoughts and feelings. However, the great news is that we do not have to be slaves to these painful emotions! We CAN control what we think and therefore how we feel by using simple mental exercises to direct our focus.
