Is a cursed horror movie inciting murders in the audience?
Horror icon, filmmaker Norman Kudlow, has directed a new movie that is cursed, according to the media. At one showing of the movie, a homicidal maniac commits a murder. And then he strikes again. Unlike the phantom of the opera, this psycho killer is murdering at different theaters, but the theaters have one thing in common.
They’re all showing Kudlow’s new horror movie, a movie that is quickly becoming a box office smash. The murders give the film the spooky reputation of being cursed, which heightens interest in the film. Horror aficionados want to find out what it is about the film that is inciting a psycho to kill.
But as the dead bodies pile up, Los Angeles becomes a powder keg with irate citizens protesting the movie in an effort to pressure Kudlow into pulling it from theaters. Horror fans push back, protesting in favor of Kudlow. Kudlow refuses to pull his movie, crying censorship. And the psycho killer continues to kill.
