概要

Whenever you have a big shift in your life, it's a critical time to pause and assess what you've learned and which lessons and skills you're going to take forward into the next part of your roadmap. For Marc, as someone who trained and developed college athletes for 14 years and who now coaches business professionals, he also thought about which of those lessons would be helpful to others. Since he's recently experienced a big life shift, the timing is pretty perfect to share what he's learned.

Marc knows he's been fortunate to be surrounded by people who helped him find success very early in life. Marc was one of the youngest special teams coordinators at the Division I level. For perspective, there are only 119 special teams coordinators in all of Division I football. At 27 years old, he may have actually been the youngest. There's a lot that goes into that – opportunity, timing, hard work, making the right decisions, and of course, luck. But none of that is even possible if the groundwork hadn't been laid out for him "in the house," as he likes to say. Literally, within his family.
