あらすじ・解説

Bedtime Relaxations for Children contains six guided relaxations to help calm the busiest of young minds at the end of the day. The sessions can be listened to night after night to help your child relax and drift off to sleep peacefully. 

Having a child that struggles to fall asleep can be stressful for both child and parent. This audio has been devised with that in mind. Each session will guide your child through a series of relaxation exercises and then take them on a different imaginary journey that will help them clear their minds and relax, making it easy to fall asleep. 

Learning to relax at an early age is an important life skill that can be drawn on again and again however young or old. This audio will help you to stop worrying about bedtimes and if your child is going to sleep and hopefully give you some time to rest and recharge yourself.
