In this episode of the Gray Area podcast, host Cal Gray sits down with Tiffany Hamilton to discuss her unique journey from humble beginnings in Kansas City Missouri to becoming a beacon of empowerment. This episode explores Tiffany's insights on hard work, personal growth, and the importance of balancing ambition with well-being.
Despite the strong work ethic, Tiffany also recognized the need to unlearn certain lessons about relentless grind. She reflects, "Do I want to work that hard my whole life and still feel like I don’t have enough?" This critical self-reflection highlights her desire to break the cycle of overwork and find a more fulfilling path.
As a child, Tiffany developed a protective instinct, often standing up for others who were bullied. She attributes this to being the smallest in her class and feeling insecure about her appearance. "To guard the things that I was insecure about, I had to craft a way to keep people off those things," she recalls.
