This week, we’re sitting down with two college students—one of whom just happens to be Holly’s niece, Addie—who are dating, heading into their sophomore year, and decided that instead of spending their summer doing absolutely nothing, they’d start baking sourdough together…and somehow turn it into an actual business.

We’re talking about how this whole thing started, the serious patience required for sourdough, what it’s like to work with the person you’re dating, the occasional baking disaster, and how two college kids are figuring out this whole entrepreneur thing as they go.

And there’s still one pretty important detail they haven’t figured out yet… THE NAME.
