- Ed Pulaski paid $6,200 for refrigerated transport for breeding stock and received an invoice packet including the thermal log.
- A refrigeration unit was seized in a Lubbock repair yard and remained there for the entire four-day period the log claimed the truck was in transit.
- Karen O'Connor photographed eight invoice pages from a tipping box in the church storage room on the third Tuesday of November 2021.
