- Marilyn Davis found the Apex courier van at 6:20 a.m. with both front doors open at identical right angles and engine cold.
- $112,000 in payroll cash was missing from the van and the cargo key was left in the ignition.
- A prepaid cell phone bought Feb 2 with an Apex-logo jacket on camera made 11 contacts with Gregory Donnelly’s number and pinged a tower one mile from the depot at 5:44 a.m, on Feb 9.
