Cristin Becket, a former Yoga Teacher turned Crystal Healer joins me to dig into topics of ancient Vedic Yoga principles and knowledge such as Vinyasana. I later explain the Buddhist Yoga concept of the Antakharana and the awakening of the siddhis in the energy body.
Cristin and I both talked about the power of words and the importance of choosing the words and phrases we speak. I referenced Masaru Emoto and his works with The Hidden Messages in Water, which proves that words do affect water and convey potent energy and information.
Our later conversation took us into topics of shifting consciousness from lower emotional states quickly into the higher self. Some of our later conversation also mentioned the purpose of incarnation as a human, faeries and deities as they do not incarnate and the children of new hope. We are witnessing an increasing evolutionary unfoldment in human consciousness and abilities with each passing year.
