Thank you for beginning this new day with me. Before today’s unknowns begin to unfold, let’s open God’s Word together and remember a wonderful truth: wherever this day may lead, God has already gone before us. There are mornings when we wonder what the next few hours will bring. New responsibilities, unexpected conversations and unseen challenges can all leave us feeling uncertain. Yet we never begin the day alone. Long before we opened our eyes this morning, the Lord was already preparing the path ahead. His presence is not following behind us; it is faithfully leading us forward with wisdom, love and purpose. Deuteronomy 31:8 (NIV) “The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” What a powerful promise to receive today. Our confidence is not built upon knowing every detail of the journey. It grows from knowing the One who walks ahead of us. Every conversation, every responsibility and every unexpected moment already rests within His loving care. So today, let’s gently remind ourselves that fear will not win, because Jesus Christ goes before us with unfailing faithfulness, opening the way with grace and hope. Father, thank You for going before us into this new day. Thank You that nothing we will face today is unknown to You and that Your loving presence surrounds every step we take. Lord Jesus, bless every listener today. Bring healing to those who are unwell, courage to those facing uncertainty, peace to anxious hearts and fresh confidence to everyone stepping into new responsibilities. Help us walk forward with faith instead of fear, trusting that You are already at work. Holy Spirit, guide our decisions, strengthen our hearts and remind us throughout this day that we are never beyond Your loving care. Across the world, from Perth to Christchurch, from Singapore to Dallas and Santiago, may every listener begin this day with quiet confidence, knowing that the Lord has gone before them and will remain faithfully with them.
