Certification requires more than completing forms.

This episode explores why worksheet completion alone does not demonstrate competence in the Living Professional Record methodology.

A Candidate may fill in every template and still fail to show the judgment required to govern professional truth responsibly.

The certification capstone tests whether the Candidate can apply the full LPR method across the entire source-to-surface process:

Every claim must answer to evidence.
Every evidence item must be interpreted through context.
Every privacy boundary must travel with the information it governs.
Every rendering must trace back to the Record.
Every AI-assisted output must be reviewed, corrected, and approved by a human.

This discussion examines why certification is based on applied judgment rather than procedural completion. The Candidate must be able to identify unsupported claims, preserve role clarity, protect sensitive material, distinguish source from rendering, and explain why each professional statement is accurate, proportionate, and safe.

The worksheets support the method.

They do not replace the judgment the method requires.

Certification is granted only when the Candidate demonstrates source-governed competence across the complete Living Professional Record process.
