So begins Jack's ever-increasing web of deception. By defending the man he knows is innocent, he can infiltrate the police investigation and buy his wife and baby the time they need. As the lines of innocence and guilt blur, he finds himself lead down an even darker road heading for a deadly outcome.

Nick J Hatton is an award-winning screenwriter and director who founded and ran his own media company for over fifteen years, where he created short films, drama projects and worked with some of the biggest kids’ brands. His work has screened on Netflix, BBC, Sky, and Disney+. Nick is a recent alumnus of the prestigious Faber Academy Writing a Novel course.
