In this episode of Turn the Lens Inward, I share why the traditional path of getting a job wasn’t working for my daughter and how that led us to start a cleaning business together.
With her struggles around anxiety and overstimulation, I realized we needed to stop forcing a system that didn’t support her and instead create a path that allowed her to thrive.
