概要

 October 1998. Luna's cousin Frankie worked a night shift at the Bellwood Co-op elevator, a five-story concrete tower that smelled of dry corn dust and something older. The first week she saw the moths — big pale ones, crawling at the windows, then the lights. Frankie said they were just a nuisance. But when a trucker named Doyle went missing after loading late, the sheriff found his boots standing upright on the catwalk, still laced. Luna drove out to the elevator herself one fog-bank night, flashlight in hand, to see what lived in the dark above the grain. What she heard at the top of the ladder, what crawled across her arm, and what looked back at her from the inspection hatch — this is that story.
