On May 2nd I showed up to the Red Jasper gathering in Hattiesburg, MS to do live readings. What came out of that room was bigger than the charts. Common themes of breaking away from the birth flock, perfectionism hiding the soul's expression, and the beauty of people actively leaning into their own self discovery. This episode is a reflection on what I witnessed — and what I recognized in every single person who sat across from me.

1. Most people who have broken away from their birth community are not wrestling with the decision — they are processing the aftermath of already being on the outside.
2. Perfectionism is often a wound from being outcasted. But your soul doesn't require perfection. It requires expression.
3. Shine your light bright and make the people around you put on shades. Don't adjust your light.
4. A reading is simply someone who walked further down the road turning around to show you where you are.
5. Self discovery is not a solo journey even when it feels like one. The podcast exists because someone needed to speak to anyone who could hear them.
