概要
Texarkana was a small town recovering from years of war. Like many towns in America at that time, it was being rebuilt. People were looking forward to the future and were happy the war was over. Then teenagers started being horrifically attacked and murdered while parked in their cars on lovers lanes and the description of the attacker was chilling: A man in a white hood with two holes cut out for eyes and a rope tied around his neck to keep his disguise in place. Two young lovers were attacked, then four, then six and then, the killer changed his MO and the residents discovered no one was safe in the Town That Dreaded Sundown...not as long as the Texarkana Phantom was alive
