Perkins, MPA, PMP is the Director of Community Services for the City of St. Augustine, where she leads redevelopment initiatives, community programs, and multi-million-dollar construction and preservation projects across the city’s Community Redevelopment Areas. With a strong background in public administration and project management, she has developed impactful grant programs that support underserved communities.
