概要
**Clay Edwards Show – Jackson Data Center Moratorium Rant**
Clay goes off on Jackson City Council President Brian Brazil for proposing a 180-day moratorium on new data centers in Jackson. He calls it pure grandstanding and classic “little brother syndrome” — especially after Amazon just announced another $25 billion in data center investment across Mississippi that’s all headed to Richland and Madison, not Jackson.
Clay points out the obvious: there aren’t even any major data centers planned or coming to Jackson right now. He rips the proposal’s liberal buzzword salad (“disproportionate environmental burdens on vulnerable neighborhoods,” “environmental racism”) and says it sounds like Kamala Harris wrote it herself.
Bottom line: Jackson is once again cutting off its own nose to spite its face, blocking progress and economic growth while the suburbs boom. Classic Jackson doing Jackson things.
