概要
Your brain is your most powerful tool in your job search. In this episode, we take a deep dive on mental fitness so you can always show up with your mind in the best place.
Erika was first attracted to the Positive Intelligence (PQ) because she saw its powerful results to shift her own thinking. She became a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC) because the framework is grounded in neuroscience and psychology.
In this first of a 10-part episode, she introduces all 10 Saboteurs (Judge, Controller, Restless, Hyper Achiever, Hypervigilant, Hyper-Rational, Avoider, Pleaser, Stickler and Victim.
We also cover the 3 Step Reset - and even have a chance to practice it together.
- Notice your negative thought (Saboteur)
- Take command of your brain
- Shift to a positive thought (Sage)
When we return next week, we'll be doing 10 episodes over the next 2 weeks focusing individually on each Saboteur. Take the quizzes so you can join along! Each takes <5 minutes. The first will rate your highest and lowest Saboteurs. The second quiz shows you what percentage of the time your brain is serving you positive thoughts on a given day.

Your brain deserves the same attention you give the rest of your body. Come along on the mental fitness exercises and show up for your job search ready to tackle any challenge. Once you know your Saboteurs, you can't help but notice how they're showing up!
