After earning his MHA from the University of Minnesota, Joe returned to HCA, where he spent nearly 10 years in senior executive roles and graduated from HCA's prestigious executive development program. Following his time at HCA, Joe joined a corporate management group focused on staffing hospital-based providers. These combined experiences, both as a hospital executive and a physician staffing leader, gave him firsthand insight into the challenges facing the locums industry.
