概要

Episode 18 of the Amigos Brotherhood Charities Podcast Phil, Terry, and Jack sit down with KC McGovern to talk about the businesses he’s built in Heber-Overgaard, including our local car wash and our favorites to grab a bit along the 260… the Wild Women Saloon and the 260 Brewery & Distillery.KC also talks about some exciting changes at Wild Women, including bringing in new partners, Rick and Patty Bennett, to help grow the place and keep things moving, while Shawn Barbetta focuses more on the brewery. Wild Women will also be taking the lead on First Fridays this summer. KC shares how he ended up in Heber-Overgaard, the story behind brewing beer and experimenting with moonshine, and what’s been happening around Bison Town, including the new owners, Josh & Tonia Crronin, over at AZTEX Coffee and Taproom. The guys also give a shoutout to Hair by Geline, who’s helping sell tickets for the Amigos Kawasaki side-by-side raffle that supports the charity. They even manage to track down Shawn, who picks up the phone while training the Special Forces down in San Diego and jumps into the podcast for a quick check-in. Like always, the guys also talk about the work the Amigos Brotherhood Charities are doing for veterans, kids, and the community, including updates on getting their 501(c)(3) together and the upcoming Freedom Gathering on September 12 at AZTEX. There are plenty of laughs along the way, a few questionable jokes, and the kind of conversations that only happen when the Amigos get together. If you enjoy small-town stories from the Heber-Overgaard and White Mountains community, pull up a chair and join the conversation.
