概要
A Journey with Spirit is a memoir that takes you on a mother's journey of finding faith through postpartum depression. Francesca's story takes you through the hardships that mothers can face after having children. Her silent struggle with depression became very severe to the point of wanting to end her life. One day, her plan to do so was cut short thanks to divine intervention. After seeking professional help, her road to get healthy in all mind, body, and spirit was underway. In gaining a clearer mindset, she would uncover mediumistic abilities that would help her to discover the true meaning of faith.
If you’re someone who is struggling with seeing the light through depression, this book is for you. Francesca takes you on a journey through her life leading up to the peak of her postpartum depression after having children. Her struggle was so difficult that she felt the only way out of the pain was to end her life. One day, her plan to do so was cut short, thanks to divine intervention. This triggered her spiritual awakening. From that point on, Francesca began seeking professional help which began her road to a healthier lifestyle which would benefit both her and her family. As her mentality shifted and she began seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, she began unlocking mediumistic abilities which would awaken her to find her faith.
This book was written as a suggestion from her therapist to work through her depression. It took six years to write, make sense of, put together, and complete. This is a personal project that finally came to fruition. Francesca hopes to inspire and encourage other women who may be struggling as well, to make something amazing from their struggles and journeys, and to let them know there is always a light at the end of our dark tunnels.
