概要
Confidence is one of the most misunderstood parts of leadership - but in this episode, I'm reframing it. In this episode, we talk about confidence not as certainty, performance, or personality, but as self-trust.
This is the second key in the three keys to leadership magic: character, confidence, and connection. And confidence is the bridge between who you are on the inside and how others experience you as a leader.
We explore why confidence isn't about having all the answers, how emotional regulation plays a role in self-trust, and what confident leadership actually looks like during change and uncertainty. I also walk through common default patterns leaders fall into when confidence wobbles—and what shifts when you lead from grounded self-trust instead.
If you've ever felt like you're overthinking, shrinking your voice, or trying to earn approval instead of leading, this episode is for you.
Enjoy!
