Today we’re stepping back into 2 Samuel chapter 4 — a short chapter, but one packed with tension, and difficult moral choices, and a reminder of what it means to do the right thing when everyone around you seems to be doing the opposite.
Human beings have the God‑given ability to distinguish between right and wrong.
Even people who don’t believe in the bible , still have “the works of the law written on their hearts.” They have a conscience. And that conscience, Paul says, either accuses them or excuses them.

So, the question becomes: How do we live by the rules of right and wrong in a world where so many things pull us off course?
2 Samuel 4 gives us a vivid picture of that.
So, let’s step into the story….
