Your Guide for the Dopamine Deprived™️
I am a wife and mom of two ADHD teens, an ADHD life coach, speaker, and educator who was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 49 after decades of feeling like I was “floundering” from one thing to the next. From theater student to massage therapist, network marketer, real estate agent, and beyond, nothing seemed to stick...and doctors dismissed my concerns about ADHD for years.
During the pandemic, I stumbled into ADHD TikTok and a mastermind group conversation that finally pushed me toward getting assessed. My diagnosis - and eventually medication - changed everything, but as they say, “pills don’t teach skills.” I dove into learning how my brain worked and building systems that truly supported my life.
Out of that process, I became the coach I myself had needed, focusing on late-diagnosed women navigating self-doubt, time management, emotional regulation and more.
Along the way, I grew a social media audience of over 100K, began running courses and webinars, and leaned into my love for public speaking.
Today, I blend lived experience with creative strategies to empower women with ADHD to move beyond survival and finally thrive. I am building a practice that includes private coaching, evergreen courses, speaking engagements, and my new podcast ADHD &… with Jorie Houlihan, where I bring honest, relatable, and uplifting conversations to a global audience.
