Welcome to the Spiritually Fit Yoga podcast with Amelia Andaleon! It’s the last day of the year! December 31, 2025…whew, we made it! It’s felt like a long one! Today’s episode is a recording of a class I taught this morning. You’ll be invited to meditate, move through an all-levels slow flow class, then either journal or meditate and reflect on a few journal prompts.
As with any physical practice, please be mindful of your physical sensations. If you have any concerns about moving body, please mindfully stop and consult with your doctor.
