このコンテンツについて
Is it just me or did 2025 fly by? It was a year of deep learning, some huge wins, other things that didn't pan out and plenty of reminders that life doesn't always go according to plan. As I sit here reflecting on it all, I'm thinking about what I'm taking with me into 2026 and what I'm leaving behind.
A big lesson for me this year has been that not everything works out, no matter how hard you try. Despite a lot of hard work, there were things I really wanted to see happen that just didn’t work out, both personally and professionally. But I've learned not to take that personally. Not everything is meant for us at every moment, and there's real wisdom in accepting that.
I’ve been reminded to trust in life's unfolding, even when it doesn't look the way I expected. Something I also consciously remember is that our our well-being doesn't depend on outcomes. Happiness is an internal compass. We get to guide it, no matter where life takes us.
Key Takeaways:
- Our well-being and happiness don't depend on outcomes; they come from within
- 2025 brought business success, program growth and the importance of a supportive team
- Building villages means fostering real communities, both personally and professionally
- My vision for 2026 to host more in-person connections to create deeper, more meaningful relationships
- Trusting life's unfolding, even when it doesn't match our expectations, brings peace and clarity
I'd love to hear from you. What was your most significant lesson from 2025 and what's one thing you want to bring with you into 2026?
