This one is something that I’ve been picking up more on as I get older (because I need it) “Focus on adding good habits, not breaking bad habits.” When we focus on the positive things we want to do or create, instead of what we want to get rid of - it becomes a lot easier to keep the good ones going. Plus, we will see that the bad habits are simply going to be less and less of an impact on our lives. I need to connect with this one for sure. It’s on my to-do list.
