CEO of Cookie Dough Bliss | Serial Entrepreneur | Scaling Sweet Ideas | Baseball, Business & Cookie Dough | Proud husband of 20+ years and dad to 3 awesome kids.

Most people think success follows a straight line.

Mine started with a digital agency, an FBI visit, a baseball scandal, and a spoonful of cookie dough.

I’ve spent my life building things: teams, businesses, and communities; and learning that leadership isn’t about avoiding chaos; it’s about who you become inside it.

Infinity Sports & Entertainment :: The Hard Way to Learn Integrity

In my early career, I launched Infinity Sports & Entertainment, a digital agency working with major brands and pro athletes, from the World Poker Tour to the Tennessee Titans, Dallas Cowboys, and a long list of NFL superstars.

We were young, ambitious, and growing fast... maybe too fast. Then came the day that everything imploded. A few bad partners made worse decisions, and before I knew it, the FBI was involved. It was a crash course in business ethics, accountability, and how quickly trust can vanish.

I had to start over, rebuild the company, clean up the mess, and learn one lesson I now teach every entrepreneur: believe in yourself, and never forget that great customer service fixes almost everything.

The Brazos Valley Bombers :: Building Culture After Scandal

Baseball was supposed to be simple: hot dogs, fireworks, and summer nights.

When I founded the Brazos Valley Bombers, my dream was to create a place where families could connect and kids could fall in love with the game. And for the most part, it worked. We built something special.

Then came another test of leadership... a local scandal involving a different partner who allegedly recorded our promo team without consent. It was devastating. It made front pages, wrecked trust, and could have ended the Bombers for good.
