Continuing on with this awesome list of life-changing mindset areas for having more healthy habits… the third one is this: “Practice that habit faithfully and repeatedly.” Coach Wooden mentions trying to have our good habit scheduled for the same time every day. The more faithfully we repeat an action, the easier it becomes for that action to become a habit. Over time, then it becomes more difficult to break the good habit. I need to keep this one close to my heart and also on my daily calendar in order to keep getting better. Good stuff to focus on for me. Thanks for listening.
