このコンテンツについて
In this episode we're joined by Australian rowing physio Matthew Anthis and fellow clinician, chiropractor Beccy Moneley who kindly gives us some insight into her experience managing her own hip labral pain and post-op rehab whilst trying to row at a high level and manage her career.
We discuss her initial pain onset, clinical signs, early management and how she came to the decision to go for surgery and pick Matt's brains on how he might rehabilitate the same patient. Matt provides great high level insight into managing these often tricky cases with patients who are more often than not, comfortable working into high levels of pain!
The aim is hopefully to bring a different angle to the patient/ clinician experience and gain some insight into how best to manage rowers at high levels and how to get them back on the water as soon as possible!
