Dr. Faviola Cantú is a recognized turnaround strategist who previously served as assistant superintendent in the Aldine Independent School District in Texas. She has also worked as a director of multilingual programs, principal, assistant principal, and bilingual teacher across multiple Houston-area school districts. Faviola co-founded the Association of Latinx Leaders in Aldine.

Faviola holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from the University of Houston. She received a master’s degree in educational leadership from Concordia University. Faviola earned a doctorate in professional leadership from the University of Houston.
