Helen Sieroda is an APECS-accredited Master Executive Coach with over 30 years’ experience coaching and mentoring senior leaders. She is founder and director of Wise Goose School of Coaching, a certified B Corp delivering executive coaching and accredited coach training.

Helen’s work is shaped by a lifelong commitment to inclusion, sustainability, and ethical leadership. Formerly a UKCP-registered psychotherapist, she helped establish a psychosynthesis academy in Stockholm and served on the Board of the Psychosynthesis and Education Trust in London for over a decade.

Her background includes roles in management, a degree in Comparative Religion, and a Master’s in Responsibility in Business Practice. She is passionate about the meeting point of inner and outer change, helping leaders and organisations align ambition with care for the wider world, recognising how small, thoughtful actions create lasting impact.
