概要
A Patriot Peacemaker began with "Ice and The Old Man" on the shores of Walloon Lake at the 2022 Walloon Lake Writers Retreat.
It morphed into the story of the former Marine from Pellston, MI.
Seth Longfield’s journey from Pellston to the Onondaga Nation near Syracuse, NY became historic. “A PATRIOT PEACEMAKER, A Tale from Walloon Lake” is a fictional story.
The story revolves around Seth Longfield’s relationship with a fellow former Marine named Jake Owltree from the Onondaga Nation who one day becomes a Peace Chief in Onondaga.
Seth Longfield undertakes the mission of getting the United States Federal Courts to recognize the Treaties with the Onondaga Nation and the Haudenosaunee Six Nations. From The Two Row Wampum through the Treaty of Fort Stanwix in 1784, Seth and his godfather traverse the courts to Washington, DC.
It's fiction and fantasy mixed with truths and a little history.
