And she's recently turned her attention to helping women through menopause using modalities such as belief coding and menopause wellness coaching sessions.

Janette started her research into menopause in 2018 and she embarked on her own menopausal symptoms at the age of 47. She formalized this with her training in early 2023 and has continued to go to release her book, Hot Mess to Hot Nest, which went straight onto the best sellers list for Amazon Books in Canada and in the UK.
