In this episode I dive into the magic of mushrooms. Mushrooms are such a beautiful healing tool. They are not something to be sacred of, rather something you can use as a powerful tool in your healing journey.

My favourite things to do...
-clear energy in your space
-glow sticks
-kid movies (inside out, cloudy with a chance of meatballs, into/across the spider verse)
-painting / art
-cool lights to set the space
-go outside, nature is the best
